General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the hypnosis practice Hypnocenter-Basel

1. Scope: The following general terms and conditions regulate the business relationship between Sidonie Repond (Hypnocenter Basel) and the customers of the hypnosis practice in the context of hypnotherapeutic services. All services provided by Hypnocenter Basel are subject to these conditions unless they have been modified or supplemented in writing.

2. Services: My hypnosis practice offers hypnotherapeutic services to promote well-being and personal growth. These services are based on proven methods of hypnotherapy. The exact design of the sessions is carried out individually in consultation with the customer.

3. Appointments: Appointments for hypnosis sessions can be made online, by telephone or by email. I try to arrange appointments to the best of my knowledge and belief, but cannot guarantee availability at specific times.

4. Fees: The current prices for my hypnotherapeutic services can be found in my currentprice list. Payment is made in cash or by TWINT directly after the session. Some health insurance companies cover part of the amount in supplementary insurance. Please check with your health insurance company in advance.

5. Cancellation of appointments: Agreed appointments can be canceled or postponed free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. In the event of cancellation after this deadline or no-show, the full fee for the booked session will be charged. This also applies to the trial interview. A non-appearance at the trial interview will be charged at a flat rate of 80CHF.

6. Confidentiality: All content discussed during the hypnosis sessions is treated as strictly confidential. I undertake to maintain confidentiality in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

7. Disclaimer: The hypnotherapeutic services aim to promote well-being, but do not represent medical or psychotherapeutic treatment in the classic sense. Any liability for any risks or side effects of the hypnosis sessions is excluded.

8. Data protection: I observe the applicable data protection regulations. Personal data will only be used to carry out the hypnotherapeutic services and will not be passed on to third parties.

9. Severability clause: If a provision of these terms and conditions should be ineffective, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In place of the ineffective provision, a provision comes closest to the economic meaning and purpose of the ineffective provision.
